The disease needs to be controlled - this can be done with the help of first-aid kits and painkillers that will slow it down. It is important that each new dose of the medicine is weaker (it works for a shorter period of time). This is because your character is gradually becoming more immune to it. The available game modes are PvP and PvE
In PvE mode, you don't have to worry about other players.
Players can choose which version of this mode they want to play. Two options are available:
PvP Mode - In this mode, players can fight each other as if they are inside a Dark Zone. You can shoot at other players (except for hiding places), and you must be careful not to be tracked down. Players also receive a small (1.2x) bonus to the rewards.
PvE Mode - In this mode, players cannot fight each other, they can only shoot and take damage from AI-controlled enemies.
Gameplay
After starting the game, you should try to get crafting materials as quickly as possible.
The gameplay in this mode is divided into something that may resemble stages. At first, your goal is to leave the shelter where you started the game and look for crafting materials there. Your priority is to find basic weapons, clothes that will protect you from the cold, medicines that slow down the disease, and food to restore your health. You should also look for water - this will allow you to find the nearest containers.
You need to create skills as quickly as possible, they will help you a lot.
In the first few minutes, players need to craft a gas mask. This is very important because without this item, you cannot enter a Dark Area where you can trigger an evacuation. To make a gas mask, you will need two pieces of cloth and two pieces of tools (both items must have a special rarity). After that, you will receive a goal in which you need to enter the Dark Zone.
Then you need to find the entrance to the Dark Zone.
Once in the Dark Zone, you need to get to the designated place for the medicine. Just go there and select this item from the chest marked by the game.
